The Greenwood-Leflore County Chamber of Commerce, host of the Bikes, Blues and Bayous event, has partnered with Ordinary Epics to put on the 2nd annual Greenwood Gravel Grind. This ride builds on the strengths of the very successful Bikes, Blues & Bayous event, and pairs the gravel roads of the neighboring Carroll County hills with our fast and flat Delta terrain.

"Davis is a true American cycling hero and a personal inspiration to me. The DPF seminars, webinars and many online resources are crucial support for someone battling this incurable, neurological disease. I know because it was a DPF “Victory Summit” that held the beacon of hope I needed after my Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2014”
– Richard Beattie, G3 Co-Founder
Benefit
For 2020, the G3 committee has again chosen the Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson’s (DPF) as its charitable cause to support. Davis Phinney had an amazing Olympic and pro cycling career, followed by a stint as a TV sports commentator prior to his Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2000. In 2004, Davis established the non-profit DPF to provide tools, resources, and inspiration to help people with Parkinson’s disease “to live well today”
YOU can support the David Phinney Foundation for Parkinson’s by purchasing the limited edition “Mississippi” cycling jersey for $85 during your registration. All profits from the jersey sales will be donated by G3 to the DPF.
