Season Planning - Stacking those races to optimize time and recovery is key to a successful season and for burnout prevention. We can help align pre-built plans to your season for a DIY approach.
Race Planning - Finishing is always goal #1, but we will work to lay out your ‘A’ plan in a structured manner so all you have to do is pedal and eat. This plan will be inclusive of resupply stops and on-the-bike nutrition.
Equipment Selection - First time doing a bikepacking race? Not sure what you should carry in your fix kit? What are the pros and cons of different water purification systems? Let’s talk gear!
Simple rates are: $25 half-hour session / $40 hour session
Many of us learn technical skills through trial and error or by mirroring other riders. When we were kids, it wasn’t questioned that you would have a coach for sports development. Why should it be any different for athletes later in life? We can help beginners quickly learn how to be a better rider. We can also help more experienced riders in working out problem areas.

Descending technical singletrack
Overcoming trail obstacles
Carrying your speed and confidence in corners
1-on-1 rates are: $40 for an hour session / $70 for a two hour session local to Jackson, MS
