Season Planning - Stacking those races to optimize time and recovery is key to a successful season and for burnout prevention.

Race Planning - Finishing is always goal #1, but we will work to lay out your ‘A’ plan in a structured manner so all you have to do is pedal and eat. This plan will be inclusive of resupply stops and on-the-bike nutrition.

Equipment Selection - First time doing a bikepacking race? Not sure what you should carry in your fix kit? What are the pros and cons of different water purification systems? Let’s talk gear!

Simple rates are: $25 half-hour session / $40 hour session

Skills Development

Many of us learn technical skills through trial and error or by mirroring other riders. When we were kids, it wasn’t questioned that you would have a coach for sports development. Why should it be any different for athletes later in life? We can help beginners quickly learn how to be a better rider. We can also help more experienced riders in working out problem areas.

Areas we can work on together:

  • Body position and balance

  • Descending technical singletrack

  • Climbing efficiency

  • Overcoming trail obstacles

  • Carrying your speed and confidence in corners

1-on-1 rates are: $40 for an hour session / $70 for a two hour session local to Jackson, MS

Performance Coaching

Work smarter, not harder. We all have busy lives, but being on a coaching plan can help you make every ride count so that you peak for your races in the most efficient manner. Coaching includes bike, mobility/flexibility, and strength workouts.

$125/mo basic plan includes:

  • All bike, mobility, and strength workouts built out in TrainingPeaks on a monthly schedule aligned to race goals.

  • Monthly phone/video check-in

  • Weekly performance analysis and workout feedback.

  • Email communication for questions and troubleshooting.

$250/mo advanced plan includes:

  • Premium TrainingPeaks account.

  • All bike, mobility, and strength workouts built out in TrainingPeaks on a weekly schedule to better work around your life aligned to race goals.

  • Weekly phone/video check-in

  • Daily performance analysis and workout feedback.

  • Email and text communication for questions and troubleshooting.
